Here is our 2nd Pilates Mat exercise and I really like this one. I think it is such a basic exercise because this is how we should get out of bed in the morning and onto bed at night! So practise it twice a day like this for a flexible spine and strong abdominals!

The title of this video which I came across seems explosive. I personally think it is quite basic and may not really give you the legs to die for as promised! Nevertheless it is still a video you can learn a thing or two from as the exercises introduced are not bad to start with. Watch it and tell me if you like it?
