After practising the Seal, this would be the next piece to attempt! I personally think this is a challenging piece for most Pilates beginners but yet it takes your sense of balance to the next level. It is funny how my students love this piece even though many could not do it well on first few attempts. This piece also never fails to bring smile to people. My tip for you to do this piece well is to allow your butt to really lift off the ground upon rolling back, and as you roll forward, point your feet more to help with your stability. HAVE FUN!
